These guys are VERY slick sales people. They will try to up sell you on upcoming auctions. They will call you many times a day on there Skype line to anywhere in the world. If we did not have access to the Actual pricing of the auctions, you would have never find out about this Fraud. Every chance they took, JAD tried to rip us off. The time and hassle spent dealing with this has cost us thousands more. Anton is the CEO of JAD and Aaron Ross is the manager, We have emails and documents proving all the overchages.
An example would be convincing you that the Mercedes you want is going to sell for 700,000 Yen. So you give your high bid to Aaron or any salesman at the 700,000. The salesman tells you that you bought it at auction for 700,000 Yen, plus his agents fee of 90,000 Yen. You find out that the actual auction price was 500,000 Yen. That is a $2000 difference in JAD’s pocket. Japan Auto Direct have also overcharged on Shipping pricing. In many Countries, sending false invoices is deemed as International Wire Fraud.

JAD belongs to many USED MOTOR VEHICLE associations. IF THESE ASSOCIATIONS FOUND OUT ABOUT THESE SCAMS, THE ASSOCIATIONS WOULD NO LONGER AFFILIATE THEMSELVES WITH JAD
